Eigentlich bin ich ja nicht so ein Freund von Büchern, aber da ich neu in der Materie bin dachte ich, es sei sinnvoll, einmal in ein solches zu investieren. Das ist es!Ein sowohl optisch, gestalterisch und pädagogisch wunderbar aufgebautes Buch, welches sowohl eine Augenweide als auch ein sinnvoller Ratgeber ist - sogar für Anfänger wie mich.
Habe zuerst länger überlegt, ob ich mir dieses Buch wirklich (zu dem Preis) zulegen möchte.Von den abgebildeten Tiermodellen und der Komplexität war es dann das ansprechendste, das Amazon im Angebot hatte.Ich würde es sofort wieder bestellen!Die Tiere sehen super aus, die Erklärungen / Anleitungen sind detailliert und bebildert und auch auf Englisch mit etwas Erfahrung (falte seit ca 6 Monaten) gut zu verstehen :)Zuvor habe ich mich ua mit "Extreme ($) Origami" von Won Park probiert. Dieses Buch kann ich ebenfalls wärmstens empfehlen .Die Modelle im hier resensierten Buch von J.Szinger sind z T deutlich leichter nachzufalten und sehen super aus. Gut für nebenbei in der Schule. 5 ☆
Ich musste zwar lange auf das Buch warten, was aber nichts mit Amazon zu tun hatte, sondern mit dem Verlag selbst. Aber das Warten hatte sich gelohnt. Es werden Origami-Techniken simpel erklärt.
Origami animal sculpture von John Szinger ist für mich ein rundum gelungenes Origami Buch. Die einzelnen Figuren sind sehr gut beschrieben und man bekommt sie auch als nicht Profi sehr gut hin. Ich habe bereits mehrere Tiere gefaltet darunter der Oktopus den Bären und das Gürteltier, alle sind mir auf anhieb gut gelungen.
